Hey everyone!

We had a fin-tastic first day of camp filled with lots of activities!

In the morning we checked out some tropical creatures like black tipped reef sharks and our rescued green sea turtle. 

Then we went down to the beach and gathered some new plankton friends from the ocean before looking at them under microscopes. 

After lunch we learned about some super cool cetacean skull props and finished up the day with our herring dissection to learn about the inner anatomy of a fish. 

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow for another fun day!
