Hello AquaCampers and parents!

We had an otterly fantastic first few days at camps with lots of fun and learning! On Monday morning, we had time to explore the galleries where we learned more about Helen while watching her interact with her trainer. We also got to look at some amazing props including a dolphin scull, squid beak, and turtle shell! Finally, we got to go on a forest walk where we played ‘camouflage’ and got a chance to show off our animal noises!

On Tuesday, we watched a squid dissection and were able to show off our knowledge on its anatomy with our squid headband crafts! We also got to watch a puppet show that starred some cute stuffies. Lastly, we also played the adaptation game which taught us how the deepest parts of the ocean is different from the surface. 

Excited to see the campers again tomorrow!
