Hello AquaCampers and parents!

We had a fintastic penguin-themed Wednesday with a game called penguin ice hop where we learned how penguins survive in Antarctica with predator and human interactions. We also met a penguin and watched it waddle! Afterwards we made a mad print penguin craft. We also went on a beach walk where we examined shells, kelp, and small crabs! In the gallery, we learned more about micro plastics and microfibres and their harmful effects it has in the ocean.

On Thursday, we watched a 4D movie that features lots of bubbles! We also went into the wet lab where we got to touch a starfish, sea cucumber, hermit crab, sea urchin, and sea anemone while learning about different animals in different environments. Finally we ended off the day at the water park!
