Hi campers & parents!

We had a CRAB-ulous day at camp!

What did we do today?

• In the morning, we went to the Treasures of BC Coast gallery and saw all different types of fish, sea cucumbers and anemones
• Next, we went to see the 4D movie called "Splash and Bubbles" where we learned all about the Reeftown heros
• Shortly after snack, we made some paper bag sea otter puppets - they all looked "otter-ly" awesome!
• After, we went into Wet Lab 2 where we got to see and touch a bunch of super cool sea creatures such as sea cucumbers, sea stars, urchins and crabs
• Next, we got to go explore Stanley Park while picking up garbage as part of a Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup
• After, we went to the playground to reward our awesome campers for finding so much garbage!
• To finish off the day, we played a bunch of different parachute games

3. What color was the anemone you touched?

We had an INK-credible day at camp today!  Just a reminder that tomorrow we will be going to the waterpark.  Campers can come dressed in their waterproof shoes and swimsuits in the morning so that they get as much time as possible at the waterpark.  Also, tomorrow is costume day.  Campers can come dressed in any costume they want tomorrow however it is not mandatory.
