Hey Aqua Campers and parents,

We had Splashtastic day at camp!

What we did today

• We started our day with a scavenger hunt in the Treasures of the BC Coast, we also did an animal ID activity as well. 
• After snack we did a craft where made our own aquariums with recycled plastic lids. 
• We learned about urchins and did some research experiments with green sea urchins to see if they like rocky habitats or kelpy habitats. 
• After lunch we talked about some mollusc artifacts and learned what make these invertebrates special. 
• We concluded our day with a squid dissection and saw a squids tongue under a microscope!
