We are challenging our network to produce as little waste as possible during #OceansWeek (June 5th to 14th). The idea is straightforward, for the duration of #OceansWeek keep the trash you produce in a jar, excluding recyclables and compost, and at the end of the week, post a photo of your jar to Instagram with the hashtag #stoptrashingitchallenge. We’ll be tracking the hashtag and giving a prize pack (valued at $75) to one lucky waste champion, including a Tare Shop Gift Card, beeswax wraps, reusable straws, and more! The challenge is meant to get us thinking about how much waste we produce in 10 days and where we can improve.
