Hello YELPers!

Today was a day full of inquiry and curiosity, as we dove deeper into the world of oceans!

What we did:

• Explored our leadership styles and teamwork strategies through games and challenges
• Began preparations for our Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, which we will be leading for the younger camps this week!
• Worked on the activity presentation for the younger camps
• Started our Crash Course film projects

Questions to ask:

• How can we further incorporate scientific thinking into our lives?
• How do we teach about the oceans to different audiences (range of ages, learning styles) in an effective and fun manner? Are lectures and written assignments the only way to teach people?
