Week 2 - Tuesday July 18th
Hello YELP Leaders!
Thanks for another awesome day today in all our activities.
What did we do today?
- We started off our day in the tropics gallery conducting scientific animal observations!
- The leaders then embarked on an immersive 4D experience, and watched our newest 4D Show - Coastal Predators.
- Afterwards, the leaders got to meet some invertebrates up close in our Wet Lab community and learn about the different features of each family
- After lunch, we got to meet cownose and southern stingrays up close, see them get fed, and met the stingray pups!! We learned about how the Aquarists take care of these a-ray-zing creatures.
- To end our day, we prepared a Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup to lead the AquaCampers in tomorrow!

2. Out of all the animals from the 4D Movie, Coastal Predators, which animal would you want to be and why? (dolphin, gannet, sardine, Bryde’s whale, shark)
