Take time to identify your strengths and skills that will help you lead a project to success. By identifying your strengths and skills you can identify and leverage the skills and strengths of other team members to help you achieve your project.

Can you think of somebody that shows strong leadership? What quality about that person makes them a strong leader. Consider these leadership charactersitics:

• Accountable; responsive; approachable; honest; charismatic; deeply committed
• Creative; humble; team player; dedicated; imaginative; intelligent

Develop a team:

Keep in mind, teamwork involves having a group of people who work together towards a comman goal, with a shared send of purpose. Leaders can develop great teams through trust and belonging, shared sense of ownership, clear roles and responsibilities, effective and ongoing communication, a sense of fun, and a space for ongoing learning and growth.
