Meet Picasso! Picasso was the first Midland Painted Turtle I met and carried at the OTCC! When I carried him he decided that I was his human and peed on me! He is a bundle of energy and sass in the water, but gets a little grumpy when lifted! Picasso can\'t be returned to the wild as his place of origin is unknown - making it illegal to release him just anywhere. Because of this, the OTCC is Picasso\'s home and he plays a very important role at the Centre as an education turtle ambassador!
