About Me
Hi!
I'm Megan, and I currently live in Vancouver, BC. I graduated from UBC with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Biology, with a major in Applied Animal Biology. I currently work as a wildlife management officer, flying hawks and falcons around numerous sites to provide bird abatement. In the past, I've worked and volunteered with animal shelters, wildlife rehab facilities and a whale research station!
I have always loved the ocean, and visiting my mom on one of the Southern Gulf Islands, where she lives, is one of my favourite places to be. I enjoy hiking, bird and sea life watching, scuba diving, reading, playing sports, and spending time with my foster cat (currently an extremely overweight calico cat named Ellie). I also love to travel, and plan to visit many more countries when safe to do so. If I can be in or near the water, I'm generally happy!
