About Me
I am an emerging environmental professional with a B.Sc in Ecology and a graduate certificate in Ecosystem Restoration. Originally from Ontario, I developed a passion for marine systems after completing several marine field courses in New Brunswick. I have experience working with many groups of mammals, invertebrates, fish, birds, and vegetation.
Most recently I was a Fisheries Technician with Trout Unlimited Canada and rescued fish that would have otherwise been trapped overwinter in southern Alberta's canal systems. My Ocean Bridge placement is with Marine Education & Research Society and I am helping to consolidate the BC Humpback Whale catalogues.
I am a home cook and foodie that likes to knit and crochet and I enjoy being outdoors (particularly anywhere near water).
