About Me

Hi everyone! I have my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science & Sustainability, from Dalhousie, and my advanced diploma in Geographic Information Systems from Vancouver Island University. I am originally from Toronto, but I lived in Halifax for four years during my bachelor's degree, and I didn't want to leave the ocean, so I decided to switch coasts, and now I live in North Vancouver. I like to do activities that take me outside, below and above sea level. I have known I wanted to work in ocean conservation since I saw "Sharkwater" as a lake bound, Toronto kid in 2006- I am really excited to use GIS to work on ocean conservation & sustainability with Ocean Wise, and I can't wait to (virtually) get to know everyone here!
