Part of my June service work was drying and preparing specimens collected from Hurkett cove to use in a herbarium. Exploring Hurkett Cove, and learning about the local flora and medicine with our guides, Ryan, Ryan, and Tony was an incredible experience. All the work the team contributed towards the Environmental Assessment will help direct the park to success in the future.
