During October (and months leading up to it), Ariane and I have been working on collaborating with youth across Canada to collect seafood recipes. This image is from a Newfoundland squid recipe (https://sites.google.com/view/sustainable-sustenance/baked-stuffed-squid-en), and the squid was harvested by a commercial fisher in West Champneys, Newfoundland.
