Self Care while Social Distancing
This photo was taken during my run at the Blue Heron Pond in Tecumseh, Ontario . - There is currently a lot going on in the world due to COVID-19 & life can feel a little extra overwhelming at times so it is essential to take time for self-care. A great way to do this is by finding ways to stay active and to get outdoors. Wether you go for a walk, a run, a bike ride, etc. it's important to keep your body moving. That said, we must still be responsible when choosing to go out and remain a distance when near others.
