April showers have definitely not brought May flowers here in Montréal. Instead, we are experiencing an anomaly of a year, with snow days in May! Although the weather has been tough, especially paired with confinement, we have taken it upon ourselves to build a hydroponic system to keep ourselves busy. The system in the picture above is not complete yet, but it's a system that will allow us to grow our micro greens, kale, arugula, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, and cat grass, all at home and organic :)
