Improperly discarded needles in St. John's
This is a picture of just of the my needles that I saw (and properly discarded of) on a recent walk around Quidi Vidi lake in St. John's. Over the last couple of years this problem has gotten progressively worse. The city has implemented a few tactics to try to curb both the litter aspect of this problem but also the opioid crisis at the root of the issue.
