Transient orcas T69's have been spending time around Jordan River, Vancouver Island. The family group is made up of a matriarch T069, who was born in 1974, and her three offspring! We are researching the impact that boats have on orcas around Vancouver Island, as well as monitor the populations, it was such a joy to see (from a distance) this family group hunting, playing and interacting wild & free!
