About Me

My name is Nick Voutour and I live on unceded Mi'kma'ki territory.

Since childhood, I've been fascinated by our oceans and the wide variety of species that live within them. In particular, I'm obsessed with all things sharks and rays. For the past three years, I've spent time working in science communications with ocean research, conservation, and management organizations including Dalhousie's Ocean Tracking Network, Save Our Seas Foundation, and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Currently, I work in communications for Pacific Wild.

I'm excited to see what opportunities Ocean Bridge will bring in 2019!
