Treaty Jeopardy Workshop with Annie Battiste: Thursday Feb. 3rd @ 3pm PT / 6pm ET.
This lively session will explore the histories, context, and implications of treaties in Canada. We encourage you to explore your own connections/history/ancestry to the land you currently occupy, learn about the local history where you are located, and/or familiarize yourself with the treaty nearest to you. Do some digging to understand your family history and/or migration as a settler, newcomer, first people, etc. Check out this list for support:
