Ocean Bridge Staff Training 2020
The National Ocean Bridge staff team gathered on the west coast for a week of training. We discussed holding space for challenging conversations, youth engagement (and recognizing & managing disengagement), reflection practices, leading wilderness and urban expeditions and so much more!
