I could not happily bike by on the bike path when this large piece of Styrofoam was floating in the Rideau River (Ottawa, ON). There are probably much smaller pieces floating around but I wanted to prevent it before it broke down. Plus an older gentleman saw what I was doing & gave me thumbs up so that made my day!
