Class Notebook

Welcome back! In this video, we will be exploring the class notebook. You can access the class notebook, by going to tabs, clicking the down arrow and clicking “class notebook”

The class notebook is a helpful place for you to take personal notes and manage your service-learning requirements. Like other embedded tabs, you can choose to open your notebook in teams, online or through the one note app.

Once open, click the ‘show navigation button’ on the left to open the navigation bar. As an administrator my view looks a bit different from yours, but you should see three sections: Collaboration space, Content library, and your name.

The collaboration space is somewhere everyone can contribute. It is a great space for brainstorming or working with someone else in the cohort.

The content library is a read only space that can only be edited by OB program staff.

Finally, your personal notebook is only accessible to you and the program staff.  I am going to use Addie Vasant’s one of program staff, to respect everyone's privacy. This is a place for you to take notes on the program, and track service hours, set goals, etc. Remember you are the only participant that has access to this space.
