Welcome back! In this video we will explore how to contribute to the asynchronous discussion groups - found in the channels on the left hand side. Asynchronous discussion means that people can contribute to the discussion on their own time. In order to get the most of these discussion forums, it is important for everyone to contribute. As a participant, you are expected to contribute at least 1 independent post and comment on at least 1 other post. Contribution through different mediums - video, pictures, voice notes, and written posts are encouraged.

Discussion prompts will be posted on the second week of each month directly in the discussion forum channels. Once posted, you can respond to the prompt by clicking “new conversation’ and either writing out a post or attaching your video/audio file.

To reply, simply hit the reply button and respond using a medium of your choice. Remember, just because someone’s post was presented in a specific medium, it does not mean you need to match it with your reply.
